In Spring 2025, after one year of committing collaborative coding research for qualitative data, as part of an internal research study at Crow, my co-author Sarah Buwick and I created an onboarding activity. This activity will be used to onboard new Crow researchers to the Constructive Distributed Work (CDW) Team, where they will encounter collaborative coding. The framework and activity offers a six-step method to guide them during their potential research projects.
